Troubleshooting is always part of my daily work, I make sure that I probe question for me to determine the root cause of the problem, So I can provide the accurate steps to help customers be satisfied by the end of the call

As a Retention Specialist, We want to make sure that customers are getting the best possible solution and assistance by providing offers, tailor fit package based on users and usage, etc.

Since I started my BPO career, this is what I do best, providing customer satisfaction by using my product knowledge, etc.

Sell to Save customer is one of my specialty by highlighting the products features and benefits

As an Outbound Specialist, I make sure that I maximize leads by calling potential customers and discuss them with our juiciest products and packages that may result to sales

Organizing list of information gathers through probing, asking targeted questions so the customer may get what they need.

I also do Sell products to Save customers from cancelling, We also manually call potential customers for great deals that they can enjoy, set an appointment for product installation, Tech visit, etc.

With my current experiences, I am confident with my comprehension and thought organization, building rapport by asking "How's your day" could really have a great impact on how you connect to your customer.

Being able to understand fully what's the customer concern, request or need. asking targeted questions to successfully drive the conversation smoothly.
