I worked in BPO industry for 4 years as both customer service and technical service representative. I have handled customers who have concerns about their bills and troubles with their service. Working in the BPO industry have taught me how to work under pressure, to be patient and to be passionate in helping others remotely. I am very enthusiastic with my job and my coworkers.
