I've worked in a US based company that sells branded shoes using facebook as the main advertising method. I Have created and managed hundreds of facebook accounts and used it everyday for advertising and posting. My main job is posting advertisements on facebook to get hits and gain traffic, Responding and moderating fan activities, messages and comments, Provide quality and efficient customer service regarding to product inquiries, order inquiries, billing issues, and /or any technical problems, Responding to all customers in a polite and professional manner. I've been doing that for 2 years. I also know how to work with MS word and Power point as well. I am a fast learner and once I understand the position I am hired for, then I start delivering.
