Profile Description

I have been working on the E-learning Industry for 8 years and have been effectively helping my learners; (kids: 4-12 y/o, teens, young adults and adults) improve their English reading, speaking and comprehension skills by means of some courses they book on different platforms I have worked for. I have also gained effective Customer Service skills as I have worked for some BPO companies back then, wherein I helped clients sort out their issues with their cards and some services they have received.

I have taught foreign learners (from Eastern & Western Europe, Asians such as Chinese, Koreans, Japanese & Arabs) in my 8-year long of service in the Online ESL Industry. Challenging were these years as I catered my services to various types of clients (kids, teens, young adults & adults) but fulfilling was it as I have imparted knowledge to each one of them and helped them improve their skills as evidenced by their performances on each class I had with them and to some, the language proficiency examinations they have passed with my help.
