Although I am new in this industry, I have always worked in the hospitality industry with 8+ years of experience. Working and travelling in different countries has honed my communication, collaboration and multi-tasking skills. Continuously taking steps into studying different ways to improve my computer skills as well as learn new things.
Having to work in hotels and restaurants has trained me to be detail oriented, work under pressure and doing task within a certain timeframe while maintaining the highest quality of results.
In the aspect of sales and marketing, I have also learned through my experience the art of upselling and offering to clients and guests while having the ability to tailor different products and services to each clients needs to encourage product and company loyalty.
Although others would not consider it as a solid experience, I am proud to say that I am able to communicate well with clients while being emphatic and really connecting with the person to know what would they really need based on the information that was given to me in order for me to ensure a beyond satisfactory experience.
