* I am a Virtual Assistant in Real Estate and my specialties are doing research for properties on different platforms, like Redfin, Crexi, Loopnet, Zillow, and also searching comps in different properties and I also use Propstream for Skip tracer
* I used tools like CRM, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Asana, and RentecDirect
* I do data mining, and searching for influencer people on different platforms like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator,??Facebook, Instagram,??Twitter, and other platforms. 
* In my previous job I worked in the government as an Administrative Staff. A Real Estate Salesperson at Megaland Realty and Brokerage, and a Marketing Assistant at a bank.
* One of my skills is being a problem solver, a good planner, and good in time management.  Being hard-working by nature, dedicated, and focused on my work, I am confident enough to work on whatever task will be assigned to me. I am committed and detail-oriented, self-directed, enthusiastic, open-minded, skillful, passionate, and creative, and I figure things out whenever possible to do my job to make it easier. I am doing my job in an orderly and in a systematic situation. As a team player and a dedicated employee. I am confident that I could give and contribute my skills to the company's success.
