- I started as a technical support representative way back 2007 and continued to provide both customer and technical support to clients based in the USA. I always see myself as a determined person and luckily always been chosen as one of the top representatives. I served in this kind of BPO industry for 12 years and moved forward my career to being a Virtual Assistant supporting Australian financial advisers. 
- I am a Virtual Assistant for a financial planning firm based in Australia for 6 years now and been promoted as a Senior Virtual Assistant. With my diverse skills and experience I won as an Employee of the Year for 2 years of building connection with clients. I am proactive, I can work with less supervision and in my 6th going 7th year as a virtual assistant I am confident that my skills and success will be my voice in leading me to the next client assured to deliver good and excellent assistance.
- I have recently added social media coordinator and appointment reminder as experience. I am working part time for a self owned company based in London and I do manage the drafting of post, add hashtags and schedule Instagram post and updating timesheets.
