Virtual Assistant

All of my jobs were in customer service industry so I am used to answering incoming calls and questions about customer's needs and concerns before I transfer phone calls to the proper department or individual if needed.

Approached all encounters with customers in a friendly, efficient and service-oriented manner.

Typing documents and organizing files have been a part of my previous job tho I am not really a fast hand but I am always dedicated to my job.

I did product sourcing few years back when I landed a part-time job as a Virtual Assistant. I did searching products to different shopping sites such as shopify, amazon, alibaba and aliexpress. Then, I compare the prices, reviews, and the number of sold products before I put the details to our sheets.

Entering data to computer has always been part of my job since I work in a customer service industry. I only do the basics but I can still learn and improve.

As someone who have worked in a customer service industry, I encountered problems and was able to find a solution although there are inevitable times wherein I cannot do as much, still, I remained polite and composed.
