I've been working as a customer service representative for 3 years. I also experience working as a Cold caller. My job is to call the Homeowners set and confirm their appointment with us. I help them reschedule to a different day if they're not available on the scheduled day. I also help save the appointment if they want to cancel by explaining the programs we offer and tell them about the advantages and benefits.

I also experienced working as a billing representative in an Auto Insurance company in which I assist them in making payments, checking their bills and their due date. Sometimes their bill went up and I help them check the cause of it.
