After I graduated college, I worked at BPO company as a contact center representative in an Insurance company. In my 2 years of working as a contact center I was able to be trained as a chat representative aside from doing inbound and outbound call which means that we are not just taking calls but also we do chat support.

I also work for one of the bank here in Philippines for 8 months, I was assigned being assistant with the Teller, I checked the account of the clients if it is still updated and also assisted some clients who wanted to open an account.
