With over 6 years of experience as a Medical Insurance Specialist, I can help you streamline the RCM of your medical practice.

I have extensive experience in Charge Entry, Claim Submission, AR analysis/follow-up and Payment Posting. Also, I have worked on several specialties such as Behavioral Health, Covid-19 Immunization, Dental Care, Dermatology, Independent Laboratory, Physical Therapy and many more.

Well-versed in using EHR/EMR Software such as athenahealth, DrChrono, WRS Health, Office Ally, and Prompt. To prevent unauthorized access of patient information, I always work in compliance with HIPAA’s protected health information (PHI). I can also suggest ways to prevent the possibility of fraudulent billing for clients who were tied up with extreme schedules.
