Profile Description

I was able to work in the call center Philippine-based industry, as a Uni-technical support and billing in one of the best telecommunication companies from Australia for more than a year. Later, I was promoted as a case manager for NBN technical issues. We are also required to pitch sales intent on every call. As part of my continued education, I enrolled in an online course for virtual assistants, which included a lifetime membership and access to various tools and software such as Google Workspace, Google ads, Facebook Ads, social media management, Shopify, and WordPress.
