Profile Description

A key team player and willing to learn new things. Able to speak and write English Upgrade to see actual infoputer literate and can do paper works and office Upgrade to see actual infon do multi tasking since I used to work for several BPO companies. I am previously part of a leading telco's team of experts in the United States, and also a sales associate for another telco giant in the U.S. I am now currently working as a Telemarketing director for Phillipine operations for an insurance agency in Arizona, USA. Been doing this since 2019 and I also started as a regular telemarketer and reached my way in having my own team. I manage a group of Filipina telemarketers in their 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday MST and I also do telemarketing cold calling to help my team increase their output. I also do the recruiting, payroll and other stuff like quality control for my client. I am excited to try new things like Search Engine Optimization and Social media managing, I make it sure to always do my best. I am looking for an additional job to juggle as a part timer.
