In my prior role as a Chat Support (Data Entry), I gained extensive experience across several facets of customer service, including:
• Managing sensitive customer information

I consistently produced results at a high level, resolving 20 to 45 tickets per day. Among my peers, I’m known for being approachable, personable, patient, and driven. I always strive to improve my skills, learn on the job, and deliver enjoyable customer experiences. I have worked as an admin assistant for 7 months, and during that time I have been tasked with filing confidential documents, interviewing applicants, draft memos, email announcements re: birthdays, company holidays, and all programs of the company. I consistently produced results at a high level. I’m exposed also a lot of different paperwork’s and all office works during my tenure in my previous job aside from Admin Assistant.
