I have over 3 years of experince working in the corporate BPO environment here in the Philippines servicing US, Candian, and Australian clients. I have handled Telecommunications, Healthcare, and E-commerce accounts. I assisted customers/patients via phone calls, live chats, and emails. I also have over 3 yrs of exp working remotely as an independent contractor or a freelancer. I processed reorders of medication in the back office. After a few months, I was endorsed to become one of the documentation specialist wherein I validated or qualified documents such as prescriptions and progress notes. I have done new patient intake. I manually input patient's information in the system. I also handle scheduling and following up PCPs for patients who will be doing surgeries. My recent one was I handled Prior Authorization in a Fertility Clinic. I submit authorizations for patients to do their treatments.

I have already handled Telco, Retail, and Healthcare accounts. I am trained to do phone calls, email, and chat as a support to the customers/patients. I help customers with their services/orders with the company. I also do basic troubleshoot and billing. I can be flexible when it comes to doing tasks and my previous experience is my proof and still eager to learn more.
