Vendor Management - Manage and assist in selecting vendors, negotiating contract costs and agreements, reviewing and approval of vendor proposals, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Document Control - Maintains and manages property-related documents such as equipment service reports, unit renovation construction plans and property requirements, and government-related regulatory compliance. Inventory Management - Track inventory property stocks from purchase to usage, such as construction materials, electrical supplies, and office supplies to fulfill the property’s needs.
