I have more than 10 years of experience in administrative work in several corporate enterprises, and I am also a business graduate. You may be confident that I am well-organized, adaptable, and quick to learn new skills. I can do data entry with the use of Google Docs and spreadsheets, Manage your Google Drive and Google Calendar, Handle your emails, set appointments with your internal/external clients through emails. I also do good at internet research, generating and organizing leads, and have great English language comprehension.

Experience submitting accounting monthly expense reports, paying bills online and by check, keeping track of accounts receivable and payable, and issuing official receipts are just a few examples.

Create a purchase order & bulk orders. Execute price changes to Stores in conjunction with the Merchandise team. approval. Build positive and supportive relationships with all internal and external parties. Request shipping documents and proforma invoices as required from suppliers. Receipt orders every week. Executes all trade & non-trade invoices from Flexicapture into Xero every day and submits them for payment approval.

Despite the fact that this is actually my first application for a position as a social media manager, I do have a certificate demonstrating my training. Even though I'm not an expert yet, I think I can manage. I am aware of various tools I can use, like as Canva and Trello, to manage your social media accounts by posting content from Facebook pages and other flat forms, which includes photographs and videos.
