And the recent call center that has been with me for about 5 months with It's On Collective Solutions company, I have been assigned to Agero roadside assistance, where we do inbound and outbound calls. If the customer needs some roadside assistance for example, they have a flat tire or they need a tow, we will make a request so there will be a service provider to assist with their request. Also, I do chat support with Agero roadside assistance.

I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. In my last job, this passion led me to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work.

I would say the most important skills are listening, critical thinking and multitasking. In this position, I would be able to listen to a customer's concern, identify a solution and talk them through my process of solving their issue. I also think a good attitude is crucial in this role because it makes customers feel heard and supported, and it gives them a positive impression of the company
