Profile Description

I am an experienced Customer Service Associate with a mix of Sales. I have dealt with customers and suppliers via live chat, e-mail, and phone calls for four years. Aside from answering and resolving customer issues and inquiries, I have managed to perform sales tasks by offering products to customers.
I had the opportunity to utilize different channels of communication that equipped me to become flexible and adaptive. Though most of my contacts were in writing, not many scripts were provided as I was required to be as spontaneous and creative as possible. This helped me enhance my communication skills and exercise my spontaneity to sound more engaging to customers. I was committed to attending to customers' concerns promptly without compromising the quality of service I executed.
I am proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and G Suite. Other tools I worked with were Five9, Salesforce, and Slack.
I also served as a Subject Matter Expert where I assisted our Team Manager in creating reports and handling a team of associates. This gave me the chance to lead and manage people which developed my leadership skills.
I would also like to mention my experience in supervising our family business for three years. I handled all of the online transactions as well as managed our Facebook page where most of our customers reach out. I was the one responding to chat inquiries and taking orders from customers online.
