I joined the BPO Industry a couple of years ago since 2015 and I worked as a Customer Service Representative, Telecommunication Billing Representative, Junior Sales Representative and an eCommerce Customer Service before got promoted as Team Leader. After a couple of years working in an office based company a new opportunity came in which is to work as an Admin Assistant, IT Assistant, Healthcare Appointment Setter, Data Cleansing Telemarketer, Clinic Appointment Setter and currently as a Real Estate Inbound/Outbound Lettings & Sales Agent.
Throughout my work experiences I learned that change is the only constant thing in this world and the best reaction is to embrace and go into that change.
