Handling customer’s concern and providing effective resolution with their QuickBooks, recommending what’s the best product that will fit their business needs, while maintaining/exceeding my performance goal. Working graveyard shift can be challenging, but it also demonstrates my dedication and flexibility. Providing excellent customer experience is key in any customer service role, I was dedicated to meeting customer’s needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
