• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Daily reconciliation of bank transactions including summarising & resolving queries with client.
• Accounts Payable including inputting supplier bills and providing recommendations on suggested supplier payments.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Maintaining and monitoring client inboxes, ensuring items are actioned accordingly
