As a freelancer, I offer my skills and expertise in customer service and administrative coordination to various clients and projects. I have studied BSBA-Business Management from San Mateo Municipal College, where I learned the fundamentals of business administration and management, as well as organization and communication skills.
Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at different BPO Companies for a total of 32 months, where I was the first person to engage with every customer query over the phone. I provided resolutions by maximizing the resources from the database and product knowledge, and gained positive feedback for the company by exceeding customer expectations. I also have experience as a Sales Service Representative in that month duration of experience, where I provided solutions for technical, financial, and service problems for customers.
Having that said, I was an Executive Administrative Coordinator at Figaro Coffee Company for over two years in abroad, where I handled a range of tasks such as updating and maintaining company databases, organizing company calendar and policies, preparing data analysis reports, arranging travel and accommodation, and handling company-employee relations.
I am a reliable and hardworking freelancer who is willing to work in different environments and learn new skills. I am dedicated to my work etiquette and subordinate to my superior.
