and customer service support. Handling Inbound calls, outbound calls, emails,
and chat. I am an expert in providing customer service assisting email,
Internet, TV, Phone, home entertainment and Apps issues both hardware and
Upgrade to see actual infostallation, set-up, physical connection, software settings and
error. I can work on Windows OS, Mac OS, IOS and Android devices. Aside from
Technical issue I can upsell, process order, and help customer with billing
inquiries.
