I formulate the Annual Learning and Development Plans for the employees, facilitate trainings for the employees, I also monitor the performance of the employee. Create Google Forms for the conduct of surveys that will helps us in formulating the Plan. I also assist in the recruitment process, and manage personnel records.

Part of my task as Records Officer is Data Entry especially in preparing the records of the employees to the system, or in microsoft excels. We also update informations of the employees.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
As an administrative officer, I am also tasked to draft correspondence whether written or via email. Prepare minutes of meeting and reports.
