Having a solid background spanning over five years in the BPO industry, specifically within the Telco sector, namely AT&T, and T-Mobile US, I am excited about the prospect of contributing my expertise and leadership skills. I work as sale rep and as outbound Team Leader in one of the big BPO center here in Davao city Philippines.
Throughout my career serving as a dedicated customer service representative, I used my experience and knowledge to apply for a leadership post. I took my leadership career as an SME for T-Mobile account handling General Care LOB or CSR Team. I participated in various training programs during my 1-year& 8 months tenure in this position like Lead First, Lead 101, and Bankable Leadership, and some lead training where I learned and improved my admin and management skills.
After that I work as a Team Leader in an outbound account for 1 year and 7 months.
I lead agent to sale and show their potential in taking calls and making sales in a daily basis. Do one on one coaching that helps them more confident in taking calls.
