Finance and Accounting - A/P, A/R, Treasury, Office Admin

My career began as Accounts Payable staff in a private corporation. I was awarded as the Most Valuable Employee in Finance Department by that time as they seen how determined I was on every duty I was given to. I was also appointed as the Document Custodian of the whole department which I'm the one responsible for the safekeeping of finance documents. When pandemic strikes, I transitioned to BPO so I can able to work at home. After pandemic lifted, I returned as Accounts Payable staff early this year 2023 to a different company.

Aside from being an Accounts Payable, I also managed Accounts Receivable process in a private company early this year 2023. I was the one responsible to remind the clients for their pending invoices and to bill them in a timely manner.

I graduated 5 years ago and as an Accounting student, we are exposed in microsoft excel. We are trained with formulas, shortcuts, and other helpful techniques to fulfill our duties which is by doing financial reports and etc.

Wayback 2020, I worked in a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative Chat Support. I was able to learn how to deal with different types of customers to support their queries. I was able also to enhance my English skills by taking various trainings.

On my 1st job, I started as Accounts Payable staff but I also handled Treasury which is responsible for monetary transactions. I am the one communicating with our affiliated banks to open employee's payroll account, payment of company's disbursements, paying for other company's expenses.
