Profile Description

I am an experienced Branch Cashier/Accounting Clerk for 3 years experienced, Bookkeeper for almost 6 years, & Tax preparer for almost 2 years.
My primary goal is to provide business owners with accurate and timely financial reports. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Here's a summary of my capabilities:
-Establishing and/or Managing XERO and QuickBooks
-Engages with and supports clients while managing their transactions.
-Compiles daily collection reports, records details of issued checks and vouchers, generates cash disbursement reports, and produces various related documents. Also, handles the creation of pay slips for all employees.
-Provide essential support to the Accounting Department by handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities.
-Preparing accurate daily financial reports, and promptly reporting any discrepancies or omissions to the relevant management.
-Competently overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll monitoring
-Registering any necessary adjusting entries
-Compiling Financial Reports, including Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Statements
-Conducting Bank Reconciliation
-Conducting month-to-month comparisons when applicable
-Recording income from bank deposits
-Documenting expenses from bank transactions
-Logging interbank transfers
-Compute tax payments.
-Predict tax refunds, deductions, obligations, and costs.
-Generate quarterly and yearly summaries.
-Gather information from income statements and expenditure records.
-Finalize tax paperwork
