Profile Description

- [ ] So i started working when i was 18 and still studying and i was hired in a Telco Account to support their Universal Activation team, that handles billing, product activation and troubleshooting. I had to leave the company and resign due to schedule conflict with my studies. After finishing that semester i applied in a new company where i can balance school and i was hired with in a Paid subscription account where in supported their Retentions Team and what we do is we receive inbound calls of those customers who wants to cancel their plans and we provide them with options depending on their cancellation reason for us to retain them as our customers. I left the company because the client pulled out the account. I tried doing free lancing and was given an seasonal opportunity to support an e-commerce platform and a product troubleshooting role which we receive tickets whenever we dUpgrade to see actual info to log in and we need to resolve them using the resources that the company have. After that seasonal project i was hired by Accenture to support their Healthcare project as one of their customer service SME which handles the provider verification by doing outbound calls and data management. I was hired in Neolytix as a Credentialing Specialist which manages credentiaing requirement and end to end process by multiple healthcare groups/providers.
