Market Researcher - News Writer

I am a campus journalist who have published numerous articles that spans on university, local, and national issues. I also have interned for leading news outfits in the Philippines.

Managed a few market research projects independently. Coordinated with internal teams, vendors/suppliers, and with clients/end clients.

Post-edits AI-generated transcripts across different markets (EU and MENA). Also conducted quality checks on post-edited transcripts, and ensures that transcripts are in line with the GDPR.

Assigns and delegates tasks accordingly as needed. Have managed a pool of transcribers and translators and ensured that every individual has fair share of workload that aligns with the project's deadline. Aside from that, I have also done vendor management that ensures that deliverables are met ahead of time and based from the expected quality.

Managed a few projects independently with little guidance from a project manager. The role is end-to-end, from creating quotations, proposals up to presentation.

I previously held a customer support role wherein I was recognized as one of the top agents.
