Profile Description

I have specialized in Accounts receivable process as well as Accounts payable process. And other task like Inter-company billing, verifying of new company application for credit approval and set up credit limit terms and monitors different types of funds, also assisting in month-end closing. 

I also do verification of vendor invoices, payment voucher and issuance of check and handles some administrative task too.

Being as Finance Assistant my role is to provide timely and accurate financial information for both external and internal parties like Accountant, Auditor, Customer, Supplier, Contractor, Agent and other external parties, I also deal directly everyday with our internal parties like Director, different Head of Department in sales, Customer Service and other internal parties.

I have relevant work experiences, strong work ethic, eager attitude, high attention to detail, administrative and communication skills make me a perfect candidate for the position you are offering.

I am fluent in written and spoken English and can also speak three Filipino dialects. I am an efficient multi-tasker and a very motivated person when it comes to tasks at hand and I am confident that my qualification and experience have prepared me well to make a significant contribution to your organization.
