Social Media Video editing has been my hobby for quite sometime and I only do it for fun but realizing the lengths and improvements after watching my own edited videos have let me realized that it is worth selling my video editing skills for.

Wondershare Filmora is always my go to app whenever I edit videos and it proved to be very handy since the options are not that difficult

For the last couple of years, Customer service has been one of my greatest skill when it comes to job opportunities since I have already grew accustomed on problem solving and accommodating the customer about their needs that needs fulfillment whenever they reach me via call and it has help me shape this skill to be a much better representative than I was 5 years from now.

Emailing customers has been my top priority whenever I finish a conversation with them because the customer feels that satisfaction wherein a representative before such as myself shows that I am really concern about their issues and questions about a certain product and due to that I was able to improve my emails in a short period of time.

As an ESL tutor I was able to build a genuine connection with every student that I encounter with and it made a positive approach on them that not only did they learn a lot but also became the best person they are today.

Zendesk has become familiar to me over the past year due to its easy way of reaching with any customer as well as how simple it is to provide an email & contact them via messages.

In my last company that mainly operates home health services, there are workflows that needs to be checked from time to time if they are done correctly as well as checking how many ques/number are there on a certain project. This led me maintain a steady productivity to reach my quotas everyday because doing my working quick and efficiently I was always up to date and never encountered any overflow when it comes to workloads or workflow.
