Profile Description

I was responsible for Funding oversight of the Crescent Bank & Trust and perform all evaluated compliance of potential updates with established company frameworks and strategic plans. Quickly learned new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity. Devise, establish, and communicate quality assurance procedures, standards and specifications. 
My experience is an excellent fit for the list of requirements in this job:
- 3 years experienced as a Quality Analyst
- Call center experience, especially in a QA role
- Skill in demonstrating professional, empathetic phone manner
-  Perform accurate and complete work, within deadlines, with our without direct supervision
-  Facilitating Calibration and Weekly Business review with our client to make sure that everything is aligned and following our Quality Standards
- Known as keen to details and have been commended by the client SVP.
- 8 Months CSR in healthcare account (Insurance) & 1 year experienced as a collection specialist
