Demand PlUpgrade to see actual infoing: Section Manager 
- Direct the activity of Demand PlUpgrade to see actual infoer(s) in the management on one of ADI’s six business units
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business (SCM,
Sales, Finance, BU) in the management of an assigned set of managed forecast
customers
- Prepare executive-level forecast review materials and
interface with executive management in the preparation for Company Forecast
Reviews
- Offer strategic forecasting insights grounded in the direct
analysis of all data pertinent to creating the ship demand forecast.
(Historical sales, market trends, seasonality, customer forecast)
• Continuously optimize forecasts and recommend changes
monthly based on actual shipment, trends, wins/losses, new product introductions, and revised sales plans
• Clearly articulate the risks in as well as variances between forecasts
• Direct the development of a tops-down forecasting
techniques for specific markets / products by using external market indicators
and manage forecast reconciliation
• Analyze, define, and implement forecast methodology
leveraging product and customer segmentation strategies
• Continuously improve forecasting techniques, method, and
approach to improve the forecast accuracy and minimize forecast bias
• Tableau Report/ Dashboard creation
• Approved Shipment Forecast Analysis and Computation

Senior Demand PlUpgrade to see actual infoer:
•  Translate business requirements into sustainable and efficient data visualizations and reports
• Work with stakeholders to develop standard operating procedures, documenting workflow and process steps
• Prepare, analyze, and present key business metrics, performance
against targets, and trending to senior management
• Ensure data validation, quality control, and consistency by developing, designing, and executing new processes of data capture
• Analyze and interpret statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information
• Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand plUpgrade to see actual infoing function
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
• Interact with sales, marketing, and customer operations to understand demand forecast drivers
• Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working
with Sales, Marketing and Customer Operations to obtain and ensure that
current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts 
•Use and maintain the Demand PlUpgrade to see actual infoing Tool/s as the primary forecasting system tool

Senior Business Analyst/ Financial Reporting
- Gather and document requirements and conduct in-depth
financial and operational analysis across all parts of the business
- Assist key stakeholders in identifying, monitoring and
understanding the behaviors of key metrics though dashboard and analysis
- Analyze existing business process to identify gaps and area
of improvement
- Analyze and translate functional and non-functional business requirements into project specifications and business process diagrams
and workflows
- Provide actionable, evidence based recommendations to
senior leaders and managers/
- Manage multiple tasks and adhere project schedules and
timelines
-Support the Finance team with budgeting, forecasting and
maintenance of registers and schedule

-Review supplier invoices received from email and make sure
all the details are accurate and approved

Senior Business Analyst
- Performs various analytical assignments in close coordination with cross-functional teams and process owners.
- Can readily provide operations/process analytics requirements (adhoc assignments).
- Prepares and dissects analytical requirements in varying frequencies, dimension and audience.
- Sets up information tracking system for key performance indicators, new metrics, SLAs, OLAs and processes for supporting specific functional team.
-Applies qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations including graphical representation of trends and performance.
- Communicates to managers and supervisors trends based on 
statistical reports.
- Assists in action plUpgrade to see actual infoing through monitoring of continuous improvement measures arising from top drivers, pareto, root-cause analysis on 
enterprise-wide level.
- Leads medium to complex projects.
- Manages projects (validation of scope, creation and documentation of Business Requirement Document), plans and coordinates with key Stakeholders
- Drives UATs (User Acceptance Testing’s) and  canages the dashboard/application changes required based on the findings.

Business Controls and Reports Analyst:
• Identifies/communicates/tracks Audits Activities, business 
controls and Remediation
• Create, republish, and schedule new reports. Implement reporting changes within the scope of assigned responsibilities for both 
internal and external clients.
• Responsible for Compliance dashboard reporting
• Generate and maintain Team Utilization and Weekly Business
Review reports for each account.
• Ensure compliance to Global deadlines for SOX, CSA and other compliance activities.
• Perform validation testing and guide Process Owners and provide full advisory support during process-related Internal and External Audit reviews
• Drive tracking and closure of controls related issues identified
from controls self assessments, from peer reviews, and from
Internal/External Audit recommendations

Sales Support Specialist:
Supports the IBM North America Sales team by coordinating with
Technical Resource Groups (Pricing, Legal, Procurement,
Fulfillment, Risk Management, etc.) to deliver high quality proposals with fast
turnaround
• Work generated involves coordination with different parties in the US over the phone or the internet to complete the sale
• Direct assistance and support to an assigned STH Bid Manager (BM) in the performance of all recognized bid and/or proposal management activities.
• Provides bid management, proposal development, and Solution
Design & Delivery (SDD) process transaction execution
services, to any Business-approved opportunity supported by the Sales
Transaction Hub (STH).

Order and Vendor Management Specialist:
• Records and processes a variety of received transactions and information related to sales orders thru electronic and manual means.

• Tracks, verifies and checks the status of orders and validation of sales.

• Interpret instructions and issues arising according to administrative policies and procedures and generating reports like hourly sales tracker, budget computation, and clarification log in each agent.

• Manage the sales order process through to billing, adhering to agreed turn-around times and processes working with the account team and
customer to ensure satisfactory completion of orders.

• Support vendor orders from our clients.
