Handled US Telco account most of my time working in a BPO industry. Answer query for are customers situation and making sure to provide accurate and long term resolution to customers that will make them stay with the business. Create profile for new or potential customers to get them services and prioritizing the safety and confidentiality of their information on the system. Providing accurate information if there is any promotions they are taking advantage with to assure them that all the information or pricing that they are signing up with are all correct to avoid any confusion that will lead to cancellation of their account. Provides very high level of customer service satisfaction to all customers. Have knowledge in Technical Support role as well.I am easy to be trained as well and can do work under minimal supervision.
