responsibility of account management as per assigned account/LOB in terms of
meeting and exceeding all hiring targets and demands and making sure that all
agreed processes and compliance are well implemented.
§
Ensures strong
implementation and application of STAR based competency interviews
§
Ensures that all
agreed and signed-off Recruitment SOP and processes are well adhered to by TA
staffs levels.
§
Ensures proper
calibration and expectation setting as per assigned accounts/LOBs pertaining to
required skills-experience, screening logistics and schedule, compensation,
support for applicant supply and overall implementation of agreed SLAs in terms
of screening and hiring.
§
Generates market
intelligence report data to aid assigned accounts/LOBs in terms of setting
proper expectations and allocate recruiting assistance and proper forecasting.
§
Ensures that all
pre-onboarding compliance as per designated account of responsibility are being
well complied to and monitored.
§
Expectation
setting to all applicants regarding the overall screening process and relate
stages.
§
Strongly
collaborates with sourcing team to strategically plot activities, sets targets
and implements initiatives to meet all hiring demands as per designated account
of responsibility.
May present and discuss during account/client
centric meetings, such as WBR, MBR and QBR.
