Profile Description

I am a Human Resources Recruiter with over 5 years of experience supporting U.S. and Philippine-based clients in Healthcare and BPO recruitment. I specialize in end-to-end hiring, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, compliance and license verification, job offers, and onboarding.

I have hands-on experience recruiting Registered Nurses, LVNs, Home Health Aides, Caregiver and Physical Therapists for California-based home health agencies, as well as handling high-volume hiring for call center roles in the Philippines. I work closely with hiring managers to ensure candidates meet both role requirements and regulatory standards.

I am comfortable working in a remote setup and experienced with tools such as ATS platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Asana, Zoom, and RingCentral. I am detail-oriented, reliable, and focused on delivering qualified candidates while maintaining a positive candidate and client experience. I am available to start immediately and fully equipped for remote work.
