I order supplies from vendors. I make sure the instruments are complete. I manage equipment maintenance.

There are certain dental procedures that can be billed to medical. I handle these.

I know the ins and outs of a dental office; the good, the bad, and the ugly. I am a team player. I can train staff. I can communicate with patients. I anticipate the provider's needs.

When handling claims, I take care of these too.

I handle denials, aged claims and appeals.
