I'm confident in my ability to communicate with people since I'm a conversationalist. I used to represent the HR department of a certain logistics company based in the U.S. that's why I had the chance to talk different people of different cultures. Sorting and picking who among the applicants would be best qualified for the said position. With this being said, I also paint a mental picture for the applicants and make it easier for them to know more about the position.

In addition to my recruitment expertise, I possess hands-on experience in social media management. I have successfully managed various social media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Leveraging social media effectively can be a powerful tool in customer service, allowing for swift responses, proactive communication, and fostering a positive brand image.

Furthermore, I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking, qualities that are essential for excelling in a dynamic customer service environment. I thrive in fast-paced settings and am adept at prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality or efficiency.
I am a fast learner, as long as given the proper training, I promise that I can fulfill my duties on a timely manner.

Having acquired a C2 level certification in English proficiency, I have demonstrated advanced language skills, both written and verbal, enabling me to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike. My language proficiency ensures clarity and professionalism in all interactions, which is crucial in a customer service role where clear communication is paramount.

I do have my own desktop, smartphone, and laptop for working online with very reliable internet access. I am resourceful enough to finish the tasks given because I do believe in the saying that "if you really want something, there are always ways on how they could be done. Also I am good with all Microsoft Office Apps because I was exposed to having my very own computer at the age of 6.
