Profile Description

I have insurance quoting knowledge for both personal and commercial lines products. I have worked to help resolve service request updates to current policies, produce quotes for new business packages through carrier systems and , produce cross-sell packages, perform online research for data entry for potential new leads, and various small projects at agents' request.
I am confident with managing phone calls and process requests from New Business Clients, Existing customers, and Lenders.
I am trained to manage workflow through ticket system, which agent will enter orders with detail on tasks to complete.

With 4  years experience as a customer service representative handling sales and retention accounts: inbound calling (have experience with cold calling and appointment setting as well), I can be a good asset for a company looking for someone with a good work experience and excellent English fluency. I also have a total of 9 years of  motor insurance policy and claims handling background from both North America and Australian firms  (as insurance admin and claims consultant).  Lastly, I had a total of 3 years of Quality Assurance Analyst experience from my previous company both managing data integrity analysis and call quality review.
