My recent experiences is working with a realtor which I usually do appointment setting from costumers to client. I cold call the leads from their website and asked them if they are interested to buy or rent a house. I usually asked them for how many bathrooms, bedrooms they need, what areas they are interested in, what is their desired date to move in, and if its buying properties I'll ask them how old is the roof just like that. we only have 6months in contract and I just ended my contract with them.
