I used to work with a US-based telecommunication company that offered Triple-play services and the customers are calling us to manage their bills, get technical support, and add/remove services.

I used to do prospecting with the digital agency I worked with. I extract the leads, research those leads, identify who are hot leads and who are not, and do the first move by calling them.
