My name is Daniel Atma and I am currently looking for a work at home set up job. My latest job was a customer support advisor for a BPO and I have been with them for almost 8 year supporting a (B2B) back office support role where we deal with customers through inbound and outbound calls and also email. ( Iron Mountain Shredding and Records Management) We do appoinment settings after order entry. Track and locate our drivers and provide information to our customers. Follow up with customer with open ticket and close the ticket once resolved. I have worked on this type of settings for 13 years and now I am looking for a work home set up job and company who can offer a salary that can support me and my family needs.
