Profile Description

I am an IT Helpdesk professional with over 6 years of experience, including 3–4 years in technical and customer support roles. I later transitioned into the VA industry, starting in a full-time Web technical and customer support for an Australian-based software development company. My responsibilities included data entry, content management, basic page designing and SEO, product/image listing and optimization, and basic web troubleshooting. Afterward, I worked as a freelance sports data entry analyst for a UK-based company. I then moved on to work with a US-based B2B tech sales agency as a Lead Generation & CRM Coordinator VA. My responsibilities included targeting senior to VP-level professionals in Engineering and IT through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, researching and exporting leads using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and Lusha, and managing data within CRMs like HubSpot, GHL, Freshworks, Salesforce, and using Gong tool for workflow automation, sequence enrollment, and overall lead management processes. I organize leads in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting, tracking, and cross-check referencing purposes, and other data entry tasks.

In addition, I have great organizational and interpersonal skills necessary for documentations, user interactions, and workflows. I am tech-savvy and trainable but more than that is my ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes. I am highly detail-oriented, reliable in following SOPs, and capable of managing multiple administrative and technical tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
