This application is used to efficiently monitor workloads, including task volume, errors, and performance metrics. It provides statistical tracking of all projects and tasks, enabling better visibility, accountability, and workflow management.

I leverage Excel extensively, from creating quotation and order templates to managing complex data sets. I am proficient in more than 15 functions, with strong expertise in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, enabling efficient data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation. In addition, I use Excel for financial modeling, trend forecasting, data visualization with charts and dashboards, and process tracking, making it a versatile tool for both operational and strategic decision-making.

I use Power BI to monitor account performance and track sales trends across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods. This enables clear visibility into business status, supports data-driven decision-making, and provides actionable insights for growth. We use Odoo as our centralized system for managing all records, including quotations, orders, and master files such as mills and drawings. In addition, Odoo supports inventory management, customer relationship management (CRM), project tracking, and workflow automation, making it a comprehensive platform for streamlining operations and ensuring data consistency across the organization.

I use SharePoint to streamline reporting and ensure seamless collaboration across all connections. It provides centralized storage accessible to everyone, supports document sharing and version control, and enables team-wide visibility into projects and workflows. SharePoint also integrates with other Microsoft tools, making it easier to manage tasks, automate processes, and maintain secure access to organizational data.
