Profile Description

I have one year of experience as a Collection Specialist, where I handled both outbound and inbound calls related to credit card accounts. My responsibilities included collecting past-due balances, processing customer payments through debit cards, checking accounts, and savings accounts, and providing timely assistance regarding account inquiries and account status updates. Through this role, I developed strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with working knowledge of FDCPA regulations and other laws related to US collections practices.
In addition, I have two and a half years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, supporting both local and international clients. My responsibilities included managing customer invoices, monitoring aging reports, tracking outstanding balances, reconciling accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. I regularly coordinated with clients regarding billing concerns, payment follow-ups, account discrepancies, and invoice resolution to support healthy cash flow operations. I also handled payment posting, account reconciliation, preparation of receivable reports, and collaborated with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely resolution of concerns.
I have hands-on experience using QuickBooks and SAP accounting software for invoice management, accounts reconciliation, financial tracking, and day-to-day accounts receivable processes. These experiences strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
I graduated in 2023 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Financial Management.
