As an e-commerce account executive, my role involves several key responsibilities. I am responsible for managing brand communications through digital channels, which includes setting up, selling, and executing campaigns/platforms with the guidance of the e-commerce manager. Additionally, I oversee the process of purchase orders from our e-commerce customers, including managing special deals, GWPS (Gifts with Purchase), POS (Point of Sale) items, and product listings.
I also play a crucial role in managing the content and marketing campaigns on our internal online platforms. It's my responsibility to communicate any new marketing campaigns set by our principals and address the specific needs of our e-commerce customers. I'm actively involved in expanding our e-commerce reach and distribution.
Furthermore, I closely track and monitor online initiatives and keep an eye on competitor activities to ensure our strategies remain competitive. Managing the receivables of our e-commerce channel is another essential aspect of my role. Staying up-to-date with all social media developments and best practices is also crucial to my responsibilities.
