I have an experienced with 3 different type of job and all about taking calls. 1st was Airlines industry - We are receiving calls to assist customer about their booking tickets and also flight cancellation. Sometimes, our company also will provide a specific work according what is needed in our business like Natural calamities that affects flights of the customer and Airport control which we are needing to call the customer to notify and provide an option before they get to airport. 2nd Patient coordinator - Our job is to fix the health insurance of the customer and after that we will call them to remind about refilling their medication. I also had an experienced about prior authorization request and also faxing Prescription request to Doctors Office. lastly, Retail Department - I have worked in one of biggest toys manufacturer in America like Barbie to provide service like refund, Replacement and also order placing. I believe taking calls regardless about outbound or inbound calls, are one of my expertise since I already experienced different type of customer service in 5 yrs working in different field.

In a Retail department and also Logistics company that I have worked on, We handled emails to answer the query of our customer. I also had a training for us to make sure we are following the proper emailing to customer.
