Profile Description

I have more than 5 years of experience in both the BPO industry and as a virtual assistant. I worked as a Financial Collector and I was tasked to do outbound calls to follow-up customer payments for 6 months, In my second job I spent two years handling both outbound and inbound calls, as well as managing emails and chats. Following that, in the BPO sector my most recent position I provided email support by addressing member concerns related to the surveys they completed. I also have experience with Data entry under an Australia-based company where we use tools to gather data on the renters and property owners Then I worked with a US-based client and I was assigned to do admin tasks, social media managing, and lead gen. In addition, I enrolled in VA courses specifically social media management before I managed my social media for my small business for 6-8 months. During this time, I created and curated images and videos for posting on the business's social media accounts.
