Since when i started in ecommerce account .Zendesk is one of the most important tools that we are using as it is the only way for us to communicate and verify our customer .

I handle eCommerce account for 3 years and was prompted twice and now handling highly escalated issue as Tier 3 Case manager to resolved issue about the legal case from the customer .

I've been a Case manager in eCommerce account ,My role is to manage case load to customer . Once we received the case we normally send email communication to our customer.We offer communication via email or phone calls which ever they preferred to .After we evaluate and get enough details from the customer we are sending emails about the solution and offer additional assistance .
